Executive Regulations for Appeal Procedures

The regulation includes: definitions, submission of objection memoranda and their data, the absent convicted person, the subsidiary appeal, adding new requests, the entry or intervention of someone who was not a party to the case, registration, referral and adherence to deadlines, absence from attending sessions, consideration of rulings of lack of jurisdiction to consider the case, the department’s pleading, adjournment of sessions, seizure procedures, hearing testimony, examining the case thoroughly, pronouncing the binding ruling, the data that the ruling must include, delivering a copy of the ruling, fulfilling the procedures, and the forms necessary to enforce the regulation.
